Refund and billing support

NeedFuse billing runs through Creem. Subscription changes and portal actions should be handled from the billing dashboard or the Creem-hosted portal.

Subscriptions

You can cancel or manage an active subscription through the NeedFuse billing dashboard or the Creem customer portal. Access and monthly quotas follow the current subscription state confirmed by webhooks.

Boost packages

Boost is a one-time quota package for paid subscribers. It grants additional AI analyses, Deep Pack credits, and voice minutes after Creem webhook confirmation.

Deep Pack failures

If a Deep Pack job fails and the retry also fails because of provider or schema errors, NeedFuse refunds the reserved Deep Pack credit and asks you to contact support for review.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

For duplicate charges, webhook mismatch, or test-mode checkout issues, contact support with your account email, Creem checkout id if available, and the affected plan or Boost item.

Support response

Write to support@needfuse.com with your account email, checkout id, subscription id, and a short description of the issue. NeedFuse reviews billing support requests manually.
