Privacy for private-first demand research
NeedFuse is built for private-first idea validation. Your requirement pool and reports are tied to your authenticated account and are not published by default.
Private requirement pool
NeedFuse stores ideas, validation reports, sources, experiments, quota events, and account records in Supabase. Private analysis tables are used for your own product validation workspace.
Voice transcription
The browser uses an ephemeral OpenAI Realtime transcription token. NeedFuse records transcript text and billing duration, but stores no raw audio and offers no audio playback.
AI and search providers
When configured, NeedFuse may send idea text and selected research context to DeepSeek, Brave Search, and OpenAI through server-side routes. Provider failures are shown as errors or inference-only reports, not fake success data.
Payments and support data
Creem processes subscription and Boost checkout data. NeedFuse stores the minimum billing identifiers needed for quota, portal access, webhook idempotency, and support reconciliation.
Support and retention
Support requests may include your account email, checkout identifiers, affected plan, and workflow notes. You can ask support@needfuse.com for account or billing data review.
