support@needfuse.com is the primary support channel for the MVP. Include your account email and the page or workflow where the issue happened.
Billing and Creem
For Creem checkout, subscription portal, Boost quota, or webhook sync issues, include the plan name, product, checkout id, and the time of purchase when possible.
AI provider setup
For DeepSeek, Brave Search, or OpenAI Realtime problems, include whether the error happened during analysis, Deep Pack, or voice transcription.
Subscription cancellation
Use the billing dashboard or Creem customer portal for subscription changes. If the portal is unavailable, email support with your account email and subscription id.
